Six Month Program

Changing behaviors and lifestyles is a process and usually happens over time. With the 6 month program we will work together on your quest for a new way of being. We begin your journey with a thorough health history and goal setting. Your program is tailored to your specific objectives, and includes bi-weekly counseling sessions. Counseling sessions include information and exploration on nutrition, fitness and lifestyle issues.

All sessions are tailored to your specific needs. No two people will have the exact same program, because your sessions designed only for you. The themes that are most often covered in counseling sessions include, weight loss, weight gain, exercising for energy and body sculpting, stress management, work life balance and more.

Your six month program will include:

• Cooking class(es)
Enjoy cooking quick healthy meals or learn to prepare tasty raw food meals. Input to the menu appreciated.

• Healthy food shopping tour
Walk through the local grocery store or Whole Foods and learn how to make healthy choices in a sea of unhealthy choices.

• Binder of informational handouts and recipes
Informative handouts given on the topic of the session. Handouts allow you to continue learning at home and reinforce session ideas.

• Food samples and other health care products
Receive samples food that you may not have tried before such as quinoa, barley, wheat berries, arame, kale and more.

• Access to My Lending Library of Books, CDs, and DVDs
Over 50 selections.

• Fitness demos and recommendations
Learn exercises and routines that will help you to go your gym or home and build the body you want.

• Subscription to Pathway Pointers Monthly E-Newsletter
Sent electronically each mid month. Every newsletter includes a healthy food tip and recipe.

• Unlimited email coaching between sessions, supporting you through your progress.

Month by Month Program

If you prefer a short-term counseling arrangement, you can choose to work on a month–by-month program. This approach includes a thorough health history, goal setting as well as bi-weekly counseling sessions.

Wellness Seminars and Workshops

Seminars are available on a group basis. They are designed to run between 1-2 hours and are always customized to your group. All sessions are highly interactive. Come ready to participate. Seminars can also be designed upon request.

Group Counseling

Group counseling is a wonderful way to engage in support to reach your goals. You will learn from the group leader as well as the other participants. It is also an opportunity to for you to get quality coaching and advice at a reduced rate. Group sessions are 6 month programs.

Initial Consultations

Initial consultations are offered a deep hourly discount. This session is a great way for you to get a feel for how I work with clients, and to see if we are a good match. There is no obligation, and if you sign up your consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your program. So, I welcome you to consider having this conversation. It could very well be a turning point in your life.
