"I
have been working with Sandy Cloutier since March of 2006. I had
that added 10+ pounds that had challenged me for several years.
As a result of my initial relationship with Sandy, I have taken
off between 10 and 15 pounds and have maintained for all intents
and purpose the vast majority of that weight loss. I don’t know
what I would do without Sandy. She has been a tremendous
influence on me in getting a healthy eating lifestyle and most
of all maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle for the past
two years. The big difference in my opinion with Sandy versus
other weight loss or weight control programs is that Sandy and I
have a continuing ongoing relationship that enables me to
maintain my weight and if I do get off track, Sandy is able to
re-direct me back with minimal fluctuation in my weight. The
biggest challenge for me is not losing the weight but
maintaining the weight loss which I have achieved over these two
years and the sole reason for that is my continued and ongoing
relationship with Sandy.
For 2008, I am committed to losing another 5-10 pounds
where I am at an even HEALTHIER weight. In addition, I have
never been more fit. I have maintained a very consistent
exercise program for the last two years and have not diverted
from it.
For me, the continued relationship with Sandy has been a
godsend. She has the patience and ability for me to see beyond
the superficial part of weight control (which is an added bonus
to have my current “in shape” body) and see the health reasons
behind maintaining and sustaining a normal weight pattern
without fluctuations! I would recommend Sandy to almost
everyone, she has a terrific way about her and her methodologies
for weight loss and management is stellar! She is the best! You
must come into her office, meet with her and once you have, you
will want to continue to work with her. I have been on more
weight control and management programs that I would like to
admit to, and Sandy is the best by far! I will continue to use
Sandy for as long as I need her, which will probably be for
life!"
