Directions to Pathway to Wellness
The PTW office has relocated to 122 Pine Knob Drive, South Windsor 06074. Our phone numbers remain the same (860) 559-6250 for routine calls and (860) 644-6341 for all appointment calls.

Directions to the new location are below:

From Hartford: (about 12 miles)

Take I-84 East. Get off Exit 63, CT Route 30, toward South Windsor. Take the right fork onto Tolland Turnpike/CT-30.

Follow CT-30 for about ½ mile. Turn right into Avery Street (across form the I-84 on/off ramp and before MacDonald’s). Travel 1.6 miles on Avery and turn right onto Pine Knob Drive. Go about 3/10 of a mile and the house is on the right.

From Storrs:

Take I-84 West. Get off Exit 64 toward CT-30/CT-83?Vernon Business District. At end of the ramp take a left onto Kelly Road. Go about ½ mile and turn right onto Oak Street. Go 1/10 mile and turn right onto Peach Drive. Take a left into Dogwood Lane, then a quick right onto Pine Knob Drive. Go 2/10 mile, 122 Pine Knob will on your left after the road curves to the left.
